Enroll in one of our courses to write your business plan in six weeks. We have a course designed for to fit the way you work. Each Monday, you will receive an email with details about the section of the business plan that you will be working on that week. Additional support will depend on course enrollment.

Yes, this is an accelerated program because you should start developing the habit of spending at least one to two hours per day working on the operations of your business. It's great to be proficient in the thing that you do but you also need to spend time working on your marketing, financials, and operations. Completing or updating your business plan in six weeks is a great way to develop that habit.

Course outline

  1. Getting Started - understanding and establishing the basics of your business
  2. Product/Service Analysis - what are you offering and who wants to buy it
  3. Sales Planning - creating a strategy to generate sales for your product/service
  4. Developing a Dream Team - teamwork makes the dream work for your business
  5. Marketing Analysis - identifying your primary and secondary target markets, where they get their information and how you can speak to them
  6. Financial Analysis - developing a monthly budget, cash flow statement, balance sheet and income statement

Business Planning 101

This course is ideal for the person seeking a one on one relationship with a Business Consultant.

You will receive a weekly email on Monday with a task list and explanation of each topic that you will discuss during your scheduled call with our Lead Consultant, LaKesha Womack, to gather and organize your information. She will compile the information from the strategy sessions into a business plan as well as provide advice on each of the strategies being examined.

50% deposit to get started, balance due upon delivery of final business plan draft in six weeks.

Business Planning 201

This course is ideal for the person who has some experience with business and/or writing business plans but wants the assistance of a professional to review their work.

You will receive a weekly email on Monday with a task list and explanation of each topic that you need to cover. Using a shared document, you will receive written feedback on each section of the business plan that you write with the option to schedule up to two phone consultations during the six week period to discuss any strategies that you may have questions about.

At the end of the six week course, you should have a completed business plan.

Business Planning 301

This course is ideal for the person who wants (or needs) to write a business plan with some guidance to ensure they cover all of their basis. This course in not recommended for start up businesses.

You will receive a weekly email on Monday with a task list and explanation of each topic that you need to cover. Although you will not receive any additional support, you will have a thorough understanding of the topics that you are writing about and how they impact your overall business strategy. Ideally, existing business owners will enroll in this course and use the business planning to ensure they are operating efficiently, that they have a road map for a growth initiative, and/or to evaluate whether their product/service is reaching their target market.

At the end of the six week course, you should have a completed business plan.
