Currently, our team is working on the development of two new projects - The Black Seed Network’s app to support Black business owners and thrive., a creative coworking community that will feature two-35k square feet buildings to house a film and production studio and creative coworking spaces.

Thrive creative co-working community
Thrive Creative Co-Working Community is the name we commonly refer to the community comprised of two buildings. Studio 2005, a 35,000-square-foot film and production studio, and Evolution, a five-story, 35,000-square-foot building that will house an art gallery, co-working studio spaces for rent, creative office spaces for rent, a restaurant featuring a monthly chef in residence, and rooftop area.
